The Viridian Gallery in Keswick displays highly individual work of professional quality, reflecting the rich variety of styles to be found in the region. Owned and run by Diane Gainey, a watercolour artist, the gallery aims to work closely with its exhibiting artists; some who have established reputations, and others who's work the gallery has helped to promote.

There are permanent displays of Diane's most recent, atmospheric original watercolours, as well as the full range of her limited edition prints and greetings cards.

The gallery shows the work of other invited professional artists, and exciting displays of ceramics, glassware and design lead gift ranges. Strong emphasis is placed on giving each artist an uncluttered exhibition area allowing the public a true view of the work, without distraction.
